The beginning
A family trading tradition takes root on La Rambla, in the heart of Palma.
From an iconic business on Palma’s La Rambla to specialist international bird trading, Pájaros Arnaiz carries a unique commercial heritage into a new chapter.

For generations, the Arnaiz name was associated with birds, specialist knowledge and personal service. These traditions shaped a business known far beyond Mallorca, including commercial relationships with bird traders in Barcelona.

CURRENT OPERATIONS · MALLORCA
The heritage of Pájaros Arnaiz is rooted in Palma. Its next chapter is shaped by the experience, character and international perspective of Kevin Roosens.
Kevin’s professional journey in the live-animal sector began in October 2000, initially with the international logistics of dogs and cats. His work later expanded to poultry and pigeons, and subsequently to the global trade and movement of birds. Over more than two decades, he developed practical experience with the realities of transporting live animals across borders.
When he acquired Pájaros Arnaiz in 2022, he did not simply take over a business: he took responsibility for a name with a history dating back to 1939. His goal is to preserve that identity while applying a modern, internationally connected and operationally demanding approach to professional bird trading.
An entrepreneur who prefers direct involvement, clear communication and long-term relationships, Kevin values quality, animal welfare and careful preparation. He believes that a successful international shipment begins well before departure—with knowledgeable partners, suitable facilities and attention to veterinary and regulatory requirements.

Close attention to each project, from first commercial discussion to operational coordination.
